Mission Statement
VSO consign herself to develop a world, which ensures opportune education for all especially for girls’ healthy Society which fulfills rights of disadvantageous groups specially women and children and poverty free society.


Village Shadabad Organization (VSO) is basically right-based organization, established in 1998 and egistered in 999 in social welfare act 1961and later in 2005 registered under societies act XXI of 1860 under registration no. 4194.VSO working for the rights of poorest and marginalized communities and groups specially children and women. Village Shadabad Organization (VSO) focusing on education, health, drinking water, Human rights specially women and child rights, natural resource management, Food rights, emergencies and advocacy and Governance in District Dadu Sindh Pakistan and working in 12 Union Councils in two Taluka of District Dadu Taluka Johi and Taluka Dadu on self help basis from 1998 to 2000 and from 2000 to date in partnerships with Civil Society Organizations given as under including Action Aid Pakistan (AAPk), BHP Billiton Pakistan (BHP), JSI-PAIMAN (John Son Incorporated-Pakistan Initiative for Mothers and New Borns), Sindh Education Foundation (SEF) and in past worked with Mercy Corps, Oxfam GB and UNICEF SINDH

For the last 9 years in Partnership with Action Aid Pakistan (AAPk) since 2000 VSO working in three union councils of Kachho Taluka Johi and Specially focusing on Health, Education and women and Child rights, during project life run BHU Sawaro for the period of 03 years and EPI program in collaboration with Govt. Health department, Sunday and women clinics on weekly bases, conducted trainings for TBAs, health and hygiene awareness seminars. on Education, at present running 09 Girls primary schools and up to near past had been reopened 16 Government dysfunctional schools in Government buildings in coordination with Government education department but now later running these schools for 6 years running of these boys schools are excluded from VSO education program due to stop of funding by the donor.
